In response to the client’s request for an overhaul of the ground floor layout, we initiated a comprehensive review of the existing structure to create a versatile and family-friendly open-plan space seamlessly connected to the outdoor environment. Through a collaborative effort with the Structural Engineer, a 9.0-metre opening within the property and a remarkable 7.5-metre clear opening was achieved at the rear, facilitating the installation of three expansive paned doors.
