Situated on a complex site, the dwelling has undergone a redesign and subsequent resubmission for planning permission, aligning with the updated guidelines of the National Area Space Standards. The two-storey dwelling, featuring two bedrooms accommodating up to three individuals, is situated on a narrow plot beset with intricate challenges. To overcome the limitations posed by the site, we are actively collaborating with the Structural Engineer and the Building Control officer, pooling our expertise to devise innovative solutions to ensure the successful execution of the project within the given constraints.
