Description:

The existing offices were unoccupied for a long period of time, the client asked to convert these into apartments. Using Permitted Development rights, I developed a design that met the current planning policy requirements and accommodated 9 apartments over three floors. A Prior Approval application has been submitted and is awaiting approval. Energy assessors, daylight and acoustic consultants were appointed to aid with the specialist reports required for the application.
