The existing garage and driveway were utilised to accommodate a new, three-storey, semi-detached house. The site was incredibly tight with minimal-sized rear gardens. Overlooking issues to the rear resulted in the introduction of Orial windows which were clad with a cementitious board.

The architectural style complements the surrounding street, with raised floor-to-ceiling heights, bay windows and brick corbelling. Inside, circulation space was minimised to optimise the available usable area for habitable rooms.
