The proposed apartment block consists of 11 apartments over three floors. The apartments have been designed with generous proportions that meet the current space standards. Internally the block includes a lift zone, cleaner’s cupboard an in internal cycle store.
The site consists of a gated carpark with allocated parking, an external bin store and private amenity space to the ground floor apartments. The site is fully enclosed however has railings to ensure site views are not compromised.
The apartment block has prominent viewpoints therefore the design aims to take advantage of these views whilst sympathetically fitting in with its surroundings.
